The Map 75 Cocktail
Recipe
1 ½ oz. Gold Rum (medium in color)
½ oz. orange liqueur (Triple Sec, Grand Marnier, or Cointreau)
½ oz. fresh lime juice
1 small sugar cube or simple syrup
orange bitters (optional)
Prosecco or Dry Champagne
Method
Douse small sugar cube with orange bitters and place in a champagne flute. If using simple syrup, measure ¼ oz., place in the flute with a few dashes of orange bitters
Place all ingredients, except Prosecco or Champagne, in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake until cold, strain into the champagne flute
Top with Prosecco or Champagne, garnish with lime peel, if desired
