Attendees heard from past presidents who have shaped the history of our club, our current board of executives, and their vision for the year ahead, and enjoy a sneak peek of our 2021 campaign centered around you, our members!
Need some cocktail inspiration? The MAP 75, a take on the classic French 75, was developed specially for our birthday by the author of Cocktails Across America.
The Map 75 Cocktail
1 ½ oz. Gold Rum (medium in color)
½ oz. orange liqueur (Triple Sec, Grand Marnier, or Cointreau)
½ oz. fresh lime juice
1 small sugar cube or simple syrup
orange bitters (optional)
Prosecco or Dry Champagne
Douse small sugar cube with orange bitters and place in a champagne flute. If using simple syrup, measure ¼ oz., place in the flute with a few dashes of orange bitters
Place all ingredients, except Prosecco or Champagne, in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake until cold, strain into the champagne flute
Top with Prosecco or Champagne, garnish with lime peel, if desired
