WTAE-TV, Pittsburgh’s nationally-acclaimed Hearst Television station, is now interviewing for a Sports Anchor-Reporter-Producer position. Successful candidate must be a newsroom leader who has the ability to cover this city’s major sports franchises, local athletes and stories with flair, wit and accuracy. Must have at least two years of on-air television reporting or sports anchoring experience. College degree preferred. Must also have the ability to manage people and have excellent writing, production, research and story development skills along with the know-how and savvy to produce creative Web content. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be available to work weekends, holidays and various shifts as needed. Motor vehicle record check required.
